Your price starts from the size of your home, then adjusts only for things that add real cleaning time: extra bathrooms, extra bedrooms, a basement, heavier buildup, or heavy pet hair. Your frequency is applied last, and you see one flat price per visit.

Kitchen surface cleaning, bathroom cleaning and sanitizing, bedrooms and living areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, high-touch surface attention, and general tidying of accessible surfaces.

What is included in a Deep Clean?

Accepted Answer

Everything in recurring home care, plus detailed bathroom attention, baseboards, detailed dusting, cabinet fronts, window tracks, vents, reachable detail areas, and more intensive attention to buildup and neglected areas.

Why does my first cleaning cost more?

Most homes begin with a Deep Clean / Initial Reset so ongoing visits start from a consistent baseline. If your home is well maintained and was professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, we can often begin with standard home care.

Can I schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Biweekly is our standard rate. Weekly service saves 8% per visit, monthly is 8% higher, and a one-time standard clean is 12% higher.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Most clients provide secure access instructions and go about their day. Our teams are background-checked, insured, and trained to be discreet.

Are supplies included?

Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped. If you prefer we use specific products for your surfaces, note it in your access instructions.

Can I reschedule an appointment?

Yes. Reschedule or cancel from your client portal according to our published scheduling policy. We ask for advance notice so we can offer the slot to another home.

Yes. Homes up to 6,499 finished square feet are priced instantly. Larger homes get a short walkthrough so we can confirm scope and give you an exact price.
